Etro S/S13

First time hearing of this designer and I like what I see. I think the prints are fantastic and exactly the style my sketch book is heading in but I think it's the placement of the prints on the garments that have caught my eye. There's not just one geometric shape in repeat in multiple colours which is what I have produced so far, the shapes are more haphazard and transforming. A continuous growth of a shape. The placement and meeting of different prints and block colours are curved and complimentary to the body.

This print reminds me of the long thin shapes of these feathers which i would like to create a design from.
